How do I replace my Super Tallow™ refill cartridge?
Step 1: Twist off the pump lid of your original bottle. Step 2: Locate the two tabs on the current cartridge in your bottle. Gently squeeze these tabs as you pull the cartridge up. Step 3: Remove the cap and foil seal on your new refill cartridge. Step 4: Line up the two tabs on the refill cartridge with the two notches on the bottle. Step 5: IMPORTANT! Be sure to snap the refill cartridge down into the bottle. you should hear and feel a "click". If the cartridge is not properly seated into the bottle, it may become dislodged when twisting off the lid. Step 6: Twist the lid back onto the bottle and you're good to go!

Yes. Our mailer boxes are fully recyclable and eco-friendly, and our Super Tallow™ bottles and refill cartridges are made from Eco-friendly, 30% Post-Consumer Recycled Material. Our bottles and cartridges are designed to be recyclable. However, recycling capabilities can differ by location. We recommend checking your local recycling guidelines to ensure proper disposal.

How should I store my Super Tallow™?
Super Tallow™ is shelf-stable at room temperature, but because we do not add stabilizers, it's sensitive to heat and cold. Store between 70-76F for optimal consistency. If your Super Tallow™ becomes too firm or too soft, the pump may not dispense properly. In this case, we recommend twisting off the lid and using the scoop method. Use your Super Tallow™ within 6 months of opening.
How much Super Tallow™ should I use?
A little goes a long way! We recommend starting with a pea-sized amount.
