Yes, it is hypoallergenic for most people. Some people with wool sensitivities can be allergic or sensitive to lanolin.

Our Lanolin is 100% free of synthetic fragrances. Our rendering process removes most naturally occurring scents, though some report a very light very light waxy / earthy scent.

What is it good for?
Lanolin is an excellent moisturizer. Great for dry, cracked, or chapped skin. It is an emollient which helps trap moisture in the skin and is structured similarly to human skin. It’s best for the toughest areas on the body and was originally used to sooth / heal cracked nipples during breast feeding.
